On-chain data shows large holders accumulated 360 million XRP tokens over a single week in mid-April. At the same time, spot XRP exchange-traded funds pulled in $55 million during the week ending April 18 \u2014 the strongest weekly inflow of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Cumulative ETF flows have climbed back to $1.27 billion, with Goldman Sachs holding the largest institutional position among the fund providers.<\/p>\n<p>Legal Clarity Adds To The Setup<\/p>\n<p>Part of what makes this moment different from previous consolidation phases is the regulatory backdrop.
