The Latest Update<\/h2>\n

According to a document shared with <\/span>Criptopatate<\/span><\/em>, Polkadot Blockchain Academy (PBA) unveiled its fifth cohort in Singapore towards the end of last month. The initiative aims to nurture developer talent in the region and deliver a learning experience for the participants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The cohort is led by 18 experienced instructors, and as such, students can expect top-tier guidance throughout the program.<\/span> The project features 184 lecture hours, providing participants with a deep understanding of Polkadot and blockchain technology in general. Some modules include Smart Contracts, Governance, Economics, and Polkadot-SDK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Commenting on the initiative was Pauline Cohen Vorms \u2013 CEO and CO-Founder of Polkadot Blockchain Academy \u2013 who described Asia as \u201ca dynamic market for blockchain and especially for Polkadot.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSome of our strongest projects, contributors, developers, and founders are <\/span>based<\/span> in Asia. It\u2019s an important region that is ideally suited to the establishment of PBA\u2019s fifth cohort to educate, seed knowledge, and help graduate a new wave of talent,\u201d she added.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another recent update related to Polkadot\u2019s ecosystem includes the <\/span>enabling<\/span><\/a> of Asynchronous Backing. <\/span>The upgrade represents \u201can optimized approach for\u00a0<\/span>how parachain blocks\u00a0<\/span>are validated<\/span> by the Relay Chain.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The team behind Polkadot revealed that blocks\u00a0are produced twice as fast,\u00a0<\/span>while available blockspace was<\/span> increased by 6-10 times following that advancement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The blockchain protocol also <\/span>partnered<\/span><\/a> with Founder Institute (a leading business incubator that turns ideas into fundable startups). The latter described the deal as \u201cstrategic,\u201d explaining that it marks the beginning of \u201can exciting chapter\u201d related to <\/span>the launch of<\/span> the first Web3 cohort in its Core Program. <\/span>Il <\/span>start of the project was set for<\/span> May 28 and it will be led by leading experts from the Polkadot community.<\/span><\/p>\n

DOT Price Outlook<\/span><\/h2>\n

Despite the numerous developments surrounding Polkadot, its native cryptocurrency \u2013 DOT \u2013 is in the red on a two-week scale. <\/span>Currently,<\/span> it trades at around $7 \u2013 a consolidation level observed in the past several days.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One analyst who <\/span>believes<\/span><\/a> that DOT <\/span>is poised<\/span> for a rally is the X user Crypto_X100_Hunter. <\/span>They admitted entering the ecosystem as <\/span>an investor,<\/span> envisioning a price surge in the range of $75-$100 \u201cif we <\/span>see<\/span>\u00a0a really bullish market.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Block Diversity and Altcoin Sherpa chipped in last week, too. The former <\/span>expects<\/span><\/a> the price to <\/span>take off<\/span> as long as DOT stays above the $6.90 mark. Recall that the token\u2019s value briefly plunged below that level on May 31 before reclaiming it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Altcoin Sherpa also believes DOT can experience a bull run, albeit <\/span>not as<\/span> substantial <\/span>as<\/span> other analysts.<\/span> They <\/span>claimed<\/span><\/a> that outperforming the rest of the market is \u201chighly unlikely,\u201d advising investors to sell during the next pump.<\/span><\/p>\n
