The poor performance continued throughout July, but the start of August <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/why-is-cardano-ada-up-9-today-while-the-crypto-market-stalls\/\">brought<\/a> a sudden and somewhat unexpected revival.<\/p>\n<p>The return of the whales, who purchased more than 240 million coins in less than a week, was depicted as the main catalyst of the resurgence. The bulls remained in charge, and now ADA trades at around $0.2014 (per CoinGecko), representing an 18% weekly increase. <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BSCNews\/status\/2085477262325895263\">According<\/a> to the X account BSCN, the latest pump could have been fueled by Cardano\u2019s transition into the Dijkstra development era, labeled as \u201ca newly approved roadmap that makes it the first chain to fund core development from its community treasury.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Popular analysts have now become quite vocal on the token, envisioning an additional uptrend for the asset. X user Rand Group <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/randgroup\/status\/2085685614825849088\">noted<\/a> the strong momentum, claiming that recovering the key zone of $0.25 could trigger \u201cthe full bullish reversal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sjuul | AltCryptoGems also chipped in, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AltCryptoGems\/status\/2085658320023482651\">arguing<\/a> that ADA\u2019s structure is \u201cabsolutely bullish\u201d after forming a series of highs and calling it \u201cprobably one of the best-looking charts among the major caps.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>X user Sssebi seems to be the biggest optimist. The analyst <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Sssebi\/status\/2085424916984217831\">opined<\/a> that the asset has broken above the 20-week MA on the ADA\/BTC chart for the first time since October 2025 and reminded that previous setups have resulted in 50%-200% rallies.<\/p>\n<h2>Something for the Bears<\/h2>\n<p>ADA\u2019s double-digit increase on a weekly basis shouldn\u2019t necessarily be taken as the start of a new bull run. After all, the crypto market has been bleeding for several months, and it remains unclear whether it has reached its cycle bottom or a renewed pullback is on the way.<\/p>\n<p>The asset\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI) is another warning. The ratio has surged to around 70.6 on a daily scale, representing the highest level since August 2025. This puts ADA in overbought territory, which is usually a precursor to a move south.
