The CPI rose by 0.3% in April, against forecasts of 0.4%. The CPI data was also lower than those recorded in March and February, when inflation rose by 0.4%.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the latest inflation data suggests that inflation in the US might be slowing down. This development has <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/investors-206-million-crypto-funds-interest-rate\/\">provided some relief for investors<\/a>, as the Fed is likely to maintain a dovish stance and consider rate cuts as inflation looks to decline. Lower interest rates mean investors will be more confident investing in risk assets like Bitcoin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another factor contributing to Bitcoin\u2019s rally is recent reports showing that some notable institutions are heavily invested in the flagship crypto. Bitcoinist <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/blackrocks-bitcoin-etf-secures-99m-investment\/#:~:text=The%20latest%20development%20reveals%20that,BlackRock's%20iShares%20Bitcoin%20Trust%20ETF.\">reported<\/a> that the State of Wisconsin has invested almost $99 million in BlackRock\u2019s Spot Bitcoin ETF. Hedge Fund Millenium Management is also reported to hold $1.94 billion across five different Spot Bitcoin ETF products.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This presents a bullish outlook for Bitcoin as it suggests that institutional investors are interested in the crypto token for the long term. Meanwhile, from a technical analysis perspective, Bitcoin also looked primed for this rally, with crypto analyst Rekt Capital <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/bitcoin-price-left-danger-zone\/\">revealing<\/a> that the flagship crypto was out of the post-halving \u201cDanger Zone.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/news\/bitcoin\/bitcoin-raises-bull-flag-formation-triggers-calls-for-100000\/\">Crypto analyst Mikybull Crypto<\/a> also noted that Bitcoin was displaying a cup and reversal pattern on the weekly chart and added that the \u201cbreakout will be explosive and will send it to a cycle top.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>What Next For Bitcoin?<\/h2>\n<p>In a Telegram update, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/bitcoin-plunge-nearly-430-m-lost-in-24-hours\/\">crypto trading firm QCP Capital<\/a> stated that they expect this bullish momentum to take Bitcoin\u2019s price to the <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/bitcoin-breaks-through-69000-setting-new-record\/\">previous highs of $74,000<\/a>. They highlighted activity in the derivatives market and growing institutional demand as factors that could contribute to Bitcoin\u2019s rise to this price level.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They also raised the possibility of this being the resumption of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/bitcoin-bull-market-glassnode\/\">bull market<\/a>, stating that \u201cthe stars seem to be aligning on this breakout with significant sovereign and institutional adoption, abating inflation and <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/crypto-politics-cardano-founder\/\">upcoming US elections<\/a>.\u201d The trading firm added, \u201cIf this is indeed the start of the bull trend again, then this move could take us past all-time highs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>Rekt Capital suggested that this might be the beginning of an upward trend for the flagship crypto as he <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/rektcapital\/status\/1790812076459319672\">revealed<\/a> that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/news\/bitcoin\/bitcoin-price-crash-10-69000\/\">daily downtrend<\/a> for Bitcoin is over.
